Quebec City, November 10, 2022 - Mallette is pleased to announce the launch of a foreign worker recruitment service, offering international recruitment missions to assist companies in a complete process of hiring specialized workers wishing to work in Quebec.

Mallette's team of experts, in collaboration with its Quebec and international partners, will ensure the efficiency of the entire recruitment and hiring process, in addition to obtaining work permits. Particular attention will be paid to the rigorous qualification of candidates who are recommended to companies, to ensure that they meet the required skills and aptitudes criteria to the maximum.

The recruitment missions will enable employers to meet their future employees face-to-face and thus initiate a personal and cultural relationship with them, which is essential for successful and lasting integration.

Led by Luc Guillot, partner at Mallette, the team dedicated to the practice is made up of Catherine Bergeron, coordinator of foreign worker recruitment assignments, Camyll Fortin, an experienced consultant, and a team of 10 immigration resources, including 3 lawyers.

Next mission to Tunisia

Scheduled to run from 4 to 10 May 2023, participating companies will have the opportunity to recruit specialised and experienced workers in Tunisia. Tunisia is renowned for the quality of its education and its people's knowledge of French.

The aim of this mission is to recruit workers for various sectors of activity, including welding (metal and plastic), assembly, hotel management, cooking and car mechanics.

Mallette is currently soliciting companies to take part in this next mission.
