As the world reacts to the growing threat posed by the spread of COVID-19, we would like to inform you of the measures we have deployed and how we intend to minimise the impact on our operations, and yours, during this period of uncertainty.
Measures and action plan
Our management team has set up a special unit which meets twice a day to review developments in the situation, plan the measures to be taken and ensure that best practice is adopted consistently. We have action plans in place to ensure the safety of our employees, to communicate accurate and up-to-date information at all times and to ensure business continuity.
Employee safety
Our employees are essential to our entire service offering. That's why we're working hard to protect them and provide them with the advice they need in this extraordinary situation. Our special unit also helps staff to make informed decisions about reducing travel and implementing remote working policies. You're probably doing the same.
Business continuity
In line with the latest government guidelines, we recommend that our employees telework as often as possible to help limit the transmission of the virus. We already have the infrastructure, work tools and project management software needed to work effectively remotely, without this affecting the quality of the services we provide to you. You can also rest assured that we are maintaining our regular working hours. Our aim is to make the transition as smooth and seamless as possible. In addition, as far as possible, we have decided to convert all face-to-face meetings to telephone or video conferences. We are deploying these social isolation measures to protect your health and that of our employees.
Protecting your documents and data
We are aware of the concerns about data protection and security. As well as being remotely accessible, our network ensures the company's IT security. Our systems and technologies team is constantly fine-tuning backup and redundancy plans.
