The Quebec government today announced the addition of a new component to the Programme d'aide d'urgence aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PAUPME) and the Programme d'action concertée temporaire pour les entreprises (PACTE) to help businesses affected by a closure order under the second wave of COVID-19.
