Attached is an update on the changes adopted on Tuesday, July 21 to the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy ("CWS" hereafter) to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Please note that this bulletin is based on Bill C-20, which amends the Income Tax Act and is currently in the process of being passed by the House of Commons. It is therefore possible that certain changes will be made until the bill receives Royal Assent.
